The Training

You earn the aircraft before you fly it

Ground school, a written exam, then a Level D simulator check. No type rating, no dispatch. Recurrent training every six months after that.

The Line

You are paired with a crew for the month

Bid a real month of flying. Hold a line and the award seats you with a captain or first officer, named when the results post. Or fly Reserve and pick up open time.

The Operation

The next pilot inherits the aircraft you left

Tires, brakes, oil and deferred defects carry forward on the airframe. Nothing resets between flights.
